For the price of an overnight stay you’ll get a full breakfast and all the luxury that a fully renewed family apartment provides – from comfortable beds with soft linens, towels and hair dryers (every room has its own bathroom) to Internet access, air conditioning and cable TV with over 100 programs.

Four rooms, four stories, four routes

In Studio Kairos every room has a different design, each describing Zagreb in a specific period, it’s residents and the everyday life they lived (and are still living). After spending even only a night in this unusual environment you’ll find out who Zagreb’s greatest writers were (Writers room), what its citizens have been doing for more than half a century, although the number of craftsmen is unfortunately decreasing (Crafts room), why it is worth getting to know Zagreb trough it’s belly – the colorful markets and the local cuisine (Granny’s room) and where you can get the most of the city’s nightlife and best live music (Music room). Not only does every room have its own story, but it also has its own route for a city tour created especially for you! Following the marked routes within 500 meters diameter you’ll meet interesting writers (in copper or bronze, or perhaps even in person), happy smiling people in the bustling marketplaces, hardworking craftsmen making original jewelry in their workshops or night birds having fun in one of many Zagreb’s clubs or concerts.

Privacy when you need it, company when you want it

Apart from the comfortable rooms you can also relax in the Studio Kairos’ living room where you can read through the books in the library, watch TV, surf the Internet or simply enjoy a glass of fine vine. We also offer lunches and dinners i.e. a full accomodation with local dishes from the restaurant nearby. Although smoking is not allowed within Studio Kairos we haven’t forgotten our guests who like to enjoy their coffee or a drink with a cigarette, for them there is our small terrace.
